Adnan Ziadat
(Owner and Director, Management and Marketing Consultant)
Mr. Ziadat is the director and founder of Competence Management Consulting. He is an accomplished strategic management consultant with more than 15 years of experience in consulting and training. His focus is on strategy, organizational management, marketing and executive coaching.
He has extensive experience coaching companies to implement growth plans and achieve their revenue and profit targets. During his career, he has also gained considerable experience in export marketing and management consulting and coaching services.
Mr. Ziadat has trained and provided consulting to a large number of Jordanian private enterprises in various industries as well as NGOs and public sector organizations.
Mr. Ziadat is an international expert with The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI) The Netherlands, and an ILO certified EYB consultant and trainer in Strategic Management and Marketing.
Mr. Ziadat holds an Masters in Marketing, and a BSc in Computer Science and Programming.
Anna Maria Salameh
(Export Marketing and Management Consultant)
Mrs. Salameh has extensive experience in providing technical export assistance and trade support services to small and medium size enterprises. She specializes in export capacity building, market research and analysis, market entry strategies, economic policy research, and trade and investment promotion.
Her expertise extends to Jordanian bilateral free trade agreements with the US and the EU. Prior to joining CMC, she worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan, where she provided export support services and technical assistance to Jordanian exporters.
Ms. Salameh is a certified Export Marketing and Management Consultant by The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI) The Netherlands, as well as certified Management Development Expert and Trade Advisor by ITC/UNCTAD/WTO. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Shadi Gammoh
(Management and Marketing Consultant and Trainer)
He is strategic management and marketing consultant with more than 10 years of experience. His focus is on strategy, marketing, Quality assurance and Training. During his career, he has also gained considerable experience in practicing marketing and management, service quality upgrade and coaching services.
Mr. Gammouh has trained many people in subjects related to Marketing, sales, customer service, leadership skills and other soft skills.
Mr. Gammouh holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Marketing.
Amira Tartir

Miss Tartir specializes in Microfinance consulting. Her area of expertise is Management, operation, HR, and Training in Microfinance sector. She has variety of expertise in most of the business functions in Microfinance, and has on field practical experience for more than 10 years.
Prior to joining the Competence team, Miss Tartir had worked with Microfinance for Women and National microfinance bank in Jordan mostly in operations and finance.
