Partnership
This is the initial phase of our approach, whereby we start building channels of information and communication with our client. This phase enables us to:

Assessment
The second and most time-consuming phase - the Assessment-consists of collecting data and defining your business’s current position. We conduct gap analysis between the current and the future targeted position.
During this phase we use modern and various innovative techniques customized to your need. These may include surveys, interviews, observation, measurement, performance analysis, and various tests.
The result of this phase is a detailed report that includes all the deficiencies identified, and which will set the stage for our recommendations.
Design and Upgrade
At this stage we present you with our findings and recommendations as follows:

Present you with the fact finding report

Deliver recommendations in the (Stop. Start. Continue) method

Agree on the strategy for upgrade, the modality to carry it out, with detailed timetables and deadlines

Establish goals and objective for the coming phase

Generate a training needs analysis

We actualize the recommendations from the previous stage and set a detailed and clear timetable of implementation. We work together with you on setting these schedules and plans as we need to make sure they are convenient to your daily work schedules
Coaching
This stage needs a lot of support from higher -level management. We will help you implement change smoothly and in a way that is perceived positively by employees. At the end of this stage, which could take from three to six months, we revisit the upgrade plan to see where we are and assess the level of improvement.
An impact assessment survey is also recommended at this stage to measure the effect of change on the people themselves.
