Launching Event of “Assessment of the Economic Impact of COVID-19 on Women Owned MSMEs in Jordan” Study
Competence Management Consulting (CMC) has recently implemented a project funded by the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) entitled “Assessment of the Economic Impact of COVID-19 on Women Owned MSMEs in Jordan”, and in cooperation with the Jordanian Business and Professional Women Forum. In light of this study, The Forum held a launching ceremony on Tuesday, September 27, 2021 under the patronage of Her Excellency Eng. Maha Ali, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply.
The study was conducted on 503 MSMEs owned by women in which 74% of the sampled MSMEs were micro enterprises, 22% were small enterprises and 4% were medium sized enterprises. This study was conducted between December 2020 and May 2021.
قامت شركة التفوق للاستشارات الإدارية بتنفيذ مشروع بتمويل من مركز المشروعات الدولية الخاصة (CIPE) بعنوان “تقييم الأثر الاقتصادي لكوفيد 19 على الشركات المملوكة للنساء في الأردن”، وبالتعاون مع ملتقى سيدات الأعمال والمهن الأردني. حيث قام الملتقى بعقد حفل اطلاق هذه الدراسة يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 27 أيلول 2021 تحت رعاية معالي المهندسة مها علي، وزيرة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين
وأجريت هذه الدراسة على 503 شركات مملوكة من قبل السيدات وشكّلت الشركات متناهية الصغر نحو 74% من عينة الدراسة، فيما شكلت المتوسطة والصغيرة، 4% و22% على التوالي. وأجريت هذه الدراسة في الفترة ما بين كانون الأول 2020 وايار2021
