SERVSCORE is a comprehensive program that employs an international recognized scale to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty in the banking industry. It evaluates the main service quality dimensions. SERVSCORE works mainly on the service management model in order to use the assessment results from the SERVSCORE indexes in analyzing the service gaps (i.e. the five gaps) and their anticipated causes, then recommend the required changes in people, process and technology that can bridge these gaps.
